Service Commitment: Hallway Tutors provides personalized online tutoring services designed to address individual learning needs. We will deliver sessions as scheduled and tailored to your goals.

Scheduling and Cancellation: All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise, the full session fee may be charged. Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.

Payments and Fees: Payment for services must be made in advance. Packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to other family members within six months of purchase.

Technology Requirements: Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection, necessary software, and compatible devices for online sessions. Hallway Tutors is not liable for interruptions due to technical issues on the client’s end.

Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and ensure that personal and educational information shared with us is kept secure and used solely for tutoring purposes.

Code of Conduct: Hallway Tutors fosters a positive and respectful learning environment. Inappropriate behavior during sessions may result in immediate termination of services.
