Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for prepaid sessions or packages under the following conditions:

• A written refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase (text message or email). 

• No tutoring sessions from the package have been used.

2. Partial Refunds

If some sessions in a package have already been used, the refund amount will be prorated based on the number of completed sessions, calculated at the regular (non-discounted) session rate.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following fees are non-refundable:

• Completed tutoring sessions.

• Assessments, consultations, and administrative fees.

• Expired packages (unused sessions must be used within six months of purchase).

4. Cancellations

• Client-Initiated Cancellations: Clients must cancel sessions at least 48 hours in advance for full refund. 

• Hallway Tutors-Initiated Cancellations: If a session is canceled by Hallway Tutors, it will either be rescheduled at no additional cost or refunded.
